Banner determined storm sewer needs and adequate drainage throughout the site of this new parking lot. Pedestrian access around the parking lot was improved while bringing all adjacent areas into compliance with ADA requirements. New landscaping features were incorporated into the design to match USD's preferred aesthetics across campus, and lighting and security were enhanced. Throughout concrete paving operations, the contractor used survey-grade equipment so the parking lot was built to all required design grades. This technology allowed the contractor to save time and money on the project. During construction, Banner made certain that all plan and specification requirements were met by the contractor.
