The Timberline Addition provides 40 affordable housing lots in Brookings and a number of market-rate single-family housing lots. The Banner team played a key role in this addition, providing:

  • Conceptual residential subdivision site design and layout
  • Zoning/planned development districts 
  • Final residential subdivision site design and layout
  • Bidding assistance
  • Construction contract administration
  • Final platting services
