Project Details

Due to portions of the highway are being realigned, existing utility infrastructure located along the corridor must be relocated to accommodate roadway improvements. To support this effort, Banner completed wetland delineations along the proposed utility corridor and coordinated the environmental permitting required for construction. 

As construction progressed, Banner continued to support the project through weekly stormwater inspections designed to identify potential compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions before issues occurred. The environmental team worked closely with NorthWestern Energy and construction contractors, participating in regular project meetings to discuss inspection findings, evaluate stormwater control measures, and provide guidance on maintaining permit compliance.

Through environmental planning, permitting coordination, and ongoing construction monitoring, Banner helped protect water quality while supporting the successful relocation of critical utility infrastructure.
