Purchasing land can be complex, especially when knowledge of the property is limited. For Lot F Buffalo Crossing West, our Environmental team conducted a Phase I ESA to identify potential environmental hazards. With historical records reviewed and site evaluations completed, the Environmental team provided a thorough inventory of site conditions, helping the project owner make informed decisions.

Project Details

Banner gathered historical photos and topographical maps, and reviewed local, state, and federal records dating back as far as available for the property. A field visit was conducted, and photos were taken to document site conditions and areas of concern. Interviews with current or former owners of the property were also completed. Banner compiled the information from the historical searches, the field assessment, and owner interviews into a comprehensive Phase I ESA report.
