Lake Preston Water and Wastewater Improvements

Banner prepared facility plans for the City of Lake Preston, identifying sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage improvements needed. The city received grants and loans through the South Dakota DANR SRF program to fund these necessary improvements, and Banner helped them be completed.

Project Details

Phase 1 of these improvements included approximately 27 blocks of street and utility reconstruction. Improvements included sanitary sewer replacement, water main replacement, jack-and-bore utility installation under railroad tracks, storm sewer improvements, and street reconstruction with cement-stabilized subgrade.
