Lake Preston Water and Wastewater Improvements

The City of Lake Preston received project funding in the form of grants and loans through the South Dakota DANR SRF program to perform sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage improvements identified in their facility plans prepared by Banner Associates.

Project Details

Phase 1 includes approximately 27 blocks of street and utility reconstruction. Improvements include sanitary sewer replacement, water main replacement, jack-and-bore utility installation under railroad tracks, storm sewer improvements, and street reconstruction with cement-stabilized subgrade.
