Project Details

Phase 1 includes approximately 27 blocks of street and utility reconstruction. Improvements include sanitary sewer replacement, water main replacement, jack and bore utility installation under railroad tracks, storm sewer improvements, and street reconstruction with cement stabilized subgrade.
