Architectural updates focused on improving functionality, accessibility, and efficiency for both employees and customers. Banner Associates worked with the City of Brookings to address zoning requirements and ensure the updated facility met applicable codes and standards. Interior renovations and exterior improvements were designed to modernize the building while allowing ITC to maintain a strong presence in a prominent location. The result is a more efficient layout for field services and office staff, along with a clearer and more convenient point of service for customers.

Work included remodeling existing interior spaces to create updated offices, a break room, and a wellness room, along with the addition of a new client services area that allows customers to make payments and conduct business at a single, centralized location. A new ADA‑compliant restroom was incorporated to improve accessibility.

Exterior improvements included updates to enhance visibility and curb appeal along the busy corridor, including white‑washing the existing brick façade. The renovated facility now provides improved amenities for staff and a more efficient, user‑friendly experience for customers. Banner Associates provided architectural and structural design services, coordinating with the City of Brookings and the project team to support the successful delivery of the building updates.
