City of Milbank Main Street Improvements

The aging streets and sidewalks in Milbank needed replacement. Banner’s Civil team set to work with preliminary design and cost estimates so stakeholders could make informed decisions throughout the project. Banner met with city staff to prioritize needs and implemented a plan that allowed for construction while businesses stayed open. The final design combined form and function, bringing improvements to pedestrian safety and pleasing aesthetics.
