Banner first opened its Sioux Falls office in 2004. As our team expanded, we recognized the need for a larger space to accommodate our growing staff. Our new Sioux Falls office embodies our continued dedication to South Dakota, bringing dozens of team members together under one roof to better serve our clients. The office, designed in-house, reflects our close collaboration with contractors on key civil/site aspects, including:

  • Mass Site Grading
  • Commercial Site Layout and Design
  • Utility Layout and Design
  • Site Layouts for proposed parking areas, drive lanes, and sidewalks
  • Drainage calculations in compliance with City of Sioux Falls requirements
  • SWPPP and Erosion and Sediment Control
