What makes you enjoy working at Banner? The people and the company’s core values. I thoroughly enjoy working with all of my coworkers to create designs, inspect existing structures, and solve problems that impact our surrounding communities in a positive manner. Banner shows that we care about giving our best effort on all projects while doing our best to meet our clients’ needs. Banner goes the extra mile to welcome feedback that will help us continually improve our processes and better meet our clients’ needs on future projects.

What would be your ideal way to spend the weekend? Hiking and brewery hopping.

Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now? Civil engineering links engineering with the necessary building blocks of society, such as shelter, clean drinking water, and transportation. These necessities allow us to continually improve and advance our quality of life. It makes the work we do fulfilling while continuously challenging us to find the best solutions for our clients and our communities.

What makes a good life? Good people, working hard, giving back, and pursuing your passions instead of chasing the money.
