What do you find most rewarding about working with our clients? Whether it is a large water distribution system or an individual developer, the range of clients and their needs brings a new set of challenges almost every day. The organizations and people we work with come to Banner for reliable, quality services, and it’s rewarding to provide those services to our clients.

What is the best piece of advice you've been given? Never look back; you’re not going that way.

What inspires you most about your profession? The constant challenges; offering solutions and solving issues within a project, providing a client with quality services, and seeing a meaningful end result to projects.
