What makes you enjoy working at Banner? The positive attitude of people throughout the company. I find my coworkers driven and encouraging, and also a fun group. And, while there is a drive to succeed, Banner also provides flexibility to allow for a positive work-life balance.

What inspires you most about your profession? The ability to help people in small communities all across SD with their stormwater issues through ever-progressing technology and computer modeling.
