What do you find most rewarding about working with our clients? When you get to the end of a completed project in design and construction, it is an incredible feeling to watch the owner appreciate the finished product. So much effort goes into design and construction, and seeing their gratitude for Banner’s efforts makes it all worth it in the end.

Why did you decide to do the work you are doing now? I grew up on a farm, and I always believed that working as an engineer in a city was similar in a way. Farmers manage and organize livestock, harvest, equipment, feed, etc. While an engineer designs and administers the underground layout of utilities as well as the road. These two professions are extremely humbling in the fact that you have to work extremely hard on every project while receiving little recognition for the amazing product that is created.

What is the “holy grail” of your life? My family, and the memories we are able to make together every day: my wife Lauren and our three children.

What food do you crave most often? Can I pick two? Pizza and ice cream, always.
