Windermere Pointe Addition is a 50-acre residential development offering seventy (70) lots–1/3- to 1/2-acre in size—on the southern edge of Brookings. The relationship and communication between Banner and the developer was essential to successfully develop the existing pastureland into one of the premiere developments in Brookings. With its location and integrated wetlands area, this development offers residents a tranquil, natural setting without leaving the city.
