Scope of Work:
  • Clearwell, two bays, each with a nominal capacity of 1.5 million gallons
  • High service pump station building and wetwell, including the following major equipment: Three high service pumps (1250 HP), Two low service pumps (40 HP), One backwash pump (300 HP), Two hydro-pneumatic surge tanks, Electrical switchgear building and equipment
  • Site work including: Excavation and finish grading, Access roads, Site piping ranging from 72" to less than 6" pipe, Drainage improvements, Seeding as needed for erosion control
  • Process instrumentation and control systems
  • Standby power system including one generator set with capacity of approximately 2 MW and
  • Clean up, startup services, and all other miscellaneous work required but not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents
  • ADD ALTERNATE #1 - One generator set with capacity of approximately 2MW
Bid Documents:
Bid shall include all the sheets in "yellow" in the Specifications, including the following:
  • Bid Form
  • Bid Security - Either 10% Bid Bond or a certified check, cashiers check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the Bid
  • Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors (Form DI-2010)
  • Certificate of Nondiscrimination - Sheet CON-1 (Part G)
  • Elimination of Segregated Facilities - Sheet EOSF-1 (Part H)
  • List of Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. (to be submitted within 48 hours after Bid Opening)
  • Bidders Statement of Qualifications with supporting data
